Sales Assistant – Part Time

At the Fireplace & Stove Studio we are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our successful sales team in Stratford upon Avon

Established in 2006, our Stratford showroom has rapidly grown into one of Warwickshire's leading independent fireplace showrooms, displaying complete Fireplaces including Multifuel & Woodburning Stoves, Stone Fireplace Suites, Wood & Marble surrounds, high efficient glass fronted inset gas fires, open inset gas fires, basket fires and electric fires.

To continue our ambitious growth plans, we are on the lookout for a part time Sales Assistant to join our award-winning team, the position could develop into a full-time role over the coming months.

Previous showroom experience would be useful, but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants need to be confident in communicating with members of the public as aspects of the role is customer facing, helping on the showroom floor.

Role

• Dealing with incoming telephone calls and email enquiries, and processing orders accurately for production

• Following up payments for account customers prior to processing orders

• Provide high level customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement and opportunities

• Must be able to act independently - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction

• Ensure invoices are raised correctly and company KPI’s are attained

• Any other miscellaneous administration duties.

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

• Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience

• Enthusiastic and a good team player

• Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy

• Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email

• Good customer service skills

• A full UK driving license would be advantageous
